Spacious, self-catering farmhouse accommodation in Derbyshire
Latham Hall is a large 19th century farmhouse located near the hamlet of Calton on the South West edge of the Peak District National Park, close to Dovedale and the Manifold Valley. Latham Hall has been converted into comfortable self-catering holiday cottage accommodation sleeping up to 12 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a games room, large garden with a patio and garden furniture. The adjoining field has football goals.
Latham Hall is graded 4 stars by Enjoy England and we have been awarded the ‘Walkers Welcome’ badge.

The farm is a large detached house, standing in a field approached by a private drive from a minor road. There are no near neighbours, yet the farm is within easy reach of the main Leek – Ashbourne road, the A52, so it’s easily accessible. It’s also close to many of the main attractions of the area, with Alton Towers only a few miles away and the Dove and Manifold valleys just a few minutes drive by car (or bicycle).
The walking in this area is magnificent and so is the cycling. There are also fine great houses, lovely market towns, caverns, castles and many other places to visit or things to do.
